So, today I got some replies to all the letters I sent to the Appleby’s. It was really cool… I haven’t corresponded with anyone since… ah… almost 5 years ago. That makes me feel old

So, what do you think? Is email better, or is it just more convenient? Are offline methods a thing of the past, or is there something special about them? Did you know that you can tell things about peoples’ personalities just by reading their handwriting? For instance….

• How high you cross your T’s is related to how high of goals you set.
• Whether you dot your lower case i farther forward, or farther backwards, is related to whether you tend to think towards the future or the past.
• If you tend to use wide loops in your letters, it means you’re enthusiastic.
• A forward slant means you’re emotional. (backwards means the opposite)

Interesting huh?

I wouldn’t say that writing letters is really the most effective, or efficient way of communicating, but then, it is nice to get a letter every once in a while eh?

Last night, Isaac and I went with Eric P to Boondocks Amusement Park in Meridian. It was pretty fun. I guess he’d invited more people, but nobody else came, so it was just us three guys! We got the “Fun Pack 1″ which was Unlimited Miniature Golf, 10 Arcade Tokens, and 1 Attraction.

So, we started off by playing Miniature Golf, (I lost by one point to Isaac) then we raced Go-carts on the drift track, (drift track means slick; you get to slide around!) then we hit the arcades for a little while. Once we’d used up our tokens (or, all but one for each of us) we decided to go buy a round of laser tag. That was really fun! The guy even let us play two rounds because we were the last people there that night.

Then we all used up our last token on the ball throwing one (forgot what it’s called) and got a grand total of 10 tickets to spend at the counter. We went over to the counter to see what they had, and, well, it was all expensive. So we went and found out they sell tootsie rolls for 1 ticket apiece, so we got 10 tootsie rolls and went home.

It was fun

Well, I updated the template. I’m going to be making some “tweaks” to this one, but for now it’s close enough to what I want. What do you think?

I’m going to be changing the “focus” of this blog just a bit. Since the creation of this blog, I’ve just basically been posting about “What I did today” or “What’s been up” with a few variations on the title. I don’t think I’m going to stop posting about those kinds of things, but there’s going to be a broader range of subjects.

What subjects? Well, I think that’s going to change over time, so I’ll just list out the general post categories I’ve thought of so far.

• Hobbies
• Video’s
• Fun Online Stuff
• Christianity And Related
• Marketing
• Day-To-Day Fun

Simply put, I’m just going to be talking more about stuff you might be able to use, and not just hear about “My Day.”

I haven’t updated for quite a while! It’s four days until Mary’s wedding, and I haven’t even gotten you the pictures of Rebecca’s wedding. Believe it or not, I haven’t even seen Rebecca’s wedding pictures yet As soon as I do get some on the computer though, you’ll definitely see them!

I’m certainly going to start updating this blog more (and changing the layout) soon. Things have been a bit interesting around here, but I suppose I don’t really have a good excuse for not updating for two months.
